Our CEO and Founder:
Monica Hernandez

From software engineer to leading an award-winning, fast-growing, global tech firm.

Born in Colombia, Monica moved to the United States at 21 after earning a software engineering degree in Colombia, thanks to a full academic scholarship that transformed her life.

She began her IT career in Texas, gaining experience with custom application development and digital modernization initiatives. She later worked as a consultant for Oracle, where she traveled across the U.S. and Europe, leading enterprise-scale global projects.

Her humble beginnings and immigration to the U.S. compelled her to create MAS Global Consulting. The Florida-based company is a mid-size software development and IT services firm with a nearshore development hub in Medellín, Colombia, team members in four countries, and numerous Fortune 500 clients.
